On the evening of Thursday January 20, 2011 at least two suspects entered the Ebert Construction site located in the 3000blk of Pillsbury Crossing Lane. They used a Komatsu Excavator to tip over a Caterpillar Bulldozer. The suspects then stole a Caterpillar Backhoe and took it for a joy ride. Two citizens found the backhoe on fire on Pillsbury Crossing Road just west of Tabor Valley Road. Also damaged were some construction barricades and some large sections of fence along the roadways. The estimated loss was over $150,000.
